We need volunteers:
- Board members to fill At-Large and Architectural Committee positions:
- Handy-people to fix signs, fences, do cleanup
- Monitors for Tot Lot / Rec Lot security / maintenance
- Assistants with handling/enforcing rules violations
- Adult activities coordinators and childrens' activities assistants
- Street reps / block captains / newsletter distributors
- Grant writers (e.g. Unity Gardens, due 1 April each year)
- Interested persons to attend Arnold Preservation Council (APC) monthly meetings
- Liaison representatives with other local HOA's
- Newsletter article contributors
- Project leaders for community long-term planning
- Nominating committee and budget developement committee members

Boats are not allowed in Foxmoor. If you bring it in, take it back out again ASAP!
Dogs: if they are loose, they will be reported to Animal Control. Clean up after them when walking - it's the law!
Sidewalks: please keep the sidewalks free. We trim the trees every two years, but trim low-hanging branches and intruding shrubs
Fences: Wood ONLY! All require advance approval. Read the Architectural Rules (link above)
House changes: All changes require Board notification and advance approval
Tot/Rec Lots: Nobody allowed after dark. Trespassers will be arrested.
Maintenance projects: New CrimeStoppers sign
Tot Lot: canopy, trash container
County speed humps: investigating positioning and hurdles, qualifying Doubleday
