ONLINE PAYMENT OF DUES & FEES

The Foxmoor HOA of Arnold, Maryland, has set up an online portal for homeowners within the community to pay annual assessment dues and required fees for resale request packets.

 

We utilize Cheddar Up, which is a secure, easy-to-use, online payments platform. No account or app is required to make payments through Cheddar Up.

Please note that there is a small fee required to make online payments. As of February 2026, the annual assessment is $175 and the fee for using a credit card is $8.19. These fees are charged by the payment processor, not the HOA.
