REQUEST A RESALE PACKET

Please use this form to submit requests for resale packets required during home sales.

After submitting this form, please submit an online payment for the required $25 fee through the HOA's payment processing site here.

​

Please note that a resale packet will not be provided until this form and the online payment of $25 is received by the Association's Treasurer. Once payment is received, Foxmoor Association Inc. will provide the requestor (within 10 business days) the following documents:

  • Resale Certificate indicating whether the seller is current on Annual Assessments and any covenant violations.

  • Copy of the current Foxmoor Homeowner's Association, legally known as Foxmoor Association Inc. Declaration of Covenants; Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions; Bylaws; and Architectural Control Policy & Guidelines and all amendments filed with the Anne Arundel County office of Land Records.

  • Copy of the Foxmoor Association Inc. insurance policy.
